Choices Group, Inc. was established in Clark County, NV in 1991, serving the community for Substance Abuse, Co-Occurring  and Mental Health Treatment Services as well as on-site laboratory services for Drugs of Abuse Testing  for over 27 years. Choices has been the treatment provider for the Clark County Drug Court and Specialty Court programs since their inception in 1991,  as well as serving clients in Federal, State and private treatment programs.   Choices Group is a Medicaid and Medicare provider and a SAPTA Certified agency.
